In 2025, The New Athenian is excited to be returning to NDW as Brand Partners + are looking forward to expanding their publishing roster with several new independent arts publications. Ride-or-die Nashvillians, the NA team is always on the lookout for ways to support + grow our community through intentional action + design thinking.
Led by Creative Director + Curator Joe Clemons alongside Art Director + Designer Holley Maher, The New Athenian is a full-service creative agency + independent publisher. They’re passionate about making magazines and collaborating on brand-aligned projects that foster Nashville’s arts communities, pique intellectual curiosity, and promote altruistic efforts in the South.
